Tears For My Nation
My country which is full with good things that God can give a nation like fertile soil for Agriculture, minerals resources and enough crude oil but as God give us all this things HE now gives us leader and followers which are very bad. The leaders in my nation don't want to leave the post they held and when they wish to leave they want to move to another position higher than previous one and want only there people to replace them there without giving the young ones the advantage to be there.
The leaders in my nation keep ruling us with corrupt mind, those with good heart won't have the opportunity to rule even when they rule, they won't last long in the office. In my nation if you have the good mind to rule and promised to be good in office but later you find out that you are now doing another thing and if you still think you are right the people around you won't give you the chance because you will be told they are the one that let you emerge the post. Is my nation too numerous to rule? NO, we are 186 million compare to China or India with 1.4 billion and 1.3 billion respectively. A nation with 36 state and Federal Capital Territory which all the state has Governor to rule with the aid of executive to guide them and the President has the same also so including the upper chamber (Senators) and the lower chamber (Representative) who also there to give report about there areas so with all this I don't agree that my nation is too numerous to rule.
My nation gotten her independence since 1960 since we still lack many things like good road, stable electricity and good water supply.
An accident occurred recently which took the life of 22 students going on an excursion to Radio station and the accident along Kano state road while the driver was trying to avoid pothole before the bus went to collide with the upcoming truck who was also trying to avoid the pothole also which report gives that the pothole as been there for so long and unfortunately cause the death of 22 students and the worst part of it was that the leaders who are responsible to repair the road are now showing sympathize after all as been damage and this is very terrible for the education scheme of the country and have cause panic to the parents and won't allow them to release there wards for excursion again and directly it will affect the education system of the nation. Accident can occur at anywhere even in the developed countries because of the challenge attitude of the drivers like overspeeding, drinking before driving and not concentrating on driving by thinking of another thing while driving but with bad roads the tendency of accident is very high. It is quite unfortunate that the government in my nation take education with levity hand, like 2018 budget it was education sector that as lowest amount budgeted for it.
Electricity is nothing to write about, a nation that generates electricity to the neighbourhood nation but the electricity of that same nation is nothing which is making some state not to have access to 12hours electricity daily, most people now depends on another source of power. People who use electricity for there daily feed like computer operator, barber among others don't have privilege of using the electricity and they all need to depend on another source of power will make the price of those things increased.
The children of nowadays in my nation can't know what is tap water, this is a water that is provided by the government which as already treated before it was discharged to the society but nothing like that anymore all what they know is borehole water in which not all child have access to the borehole water and the water they are drinking is at risk for there health.
Now take a look at how there is scarcity of fuel even when we have the crude oil but our government are just wicked, it now more than two months that we are surviving for what we have and buying at very high price that people are ready to buy at that high price if it will be available and accessible without stress.
It a tear for me and my people that how will the next generation be 😢😢😢.

We complain in Australia about how our leaders don't use our money and resources properly but we really don't have much to complain about when stories like this are given to us. I hope the best for your homeland and that change comes as soon as possible.
