I saw many people working with happiness in the fields, the Men had their shirts off and the women swung their baskets full of stuff in a simple harmonic motion, matching perfectly with the melodic humming of all.

We sweat to feed and joy to survive. What else does a man live for, if not others. And that is the way of the Blackman.

We had our issues, but the serenity and harmony was the high light we all looked up to. Life was fair because you earn what you work for. A life where failure and success is solely accountable by ones own deed. You carve your fortune, and that is the way of the Blackman.

Farmers loved fish, just as the fisherman relished the fresh taste of vegetables. We lived for one another. The blacksmiths forge for the farmers to cultivate and the carpenters carved for the fishermen to sail. The women sung songs of encouragement to urge on our strong men all day. And after a hard day's work, the old and aged soothe our fatigued nerves with poetry and history. That is the way of the Blackman.

I have a dream, that Africa would unite and be one. A dream that one day, mummy would be back for us.

Mother we need you.
Where are you mother?
Why have you forsaken us mother?
Oh Mama Africa!

Imagine an Africa with a Unified front, where the south and west with rich lands cultivate food to feed North.
The North rich in resources share amongst us in abundance.

Gold, Silver, Diamond, Crude oil, Ocean, Fertile lands, Culture, History are just the least I can mention, but yet our children lay in the gutters hungry. We sell our wealth for riches, and that is why we are poor. Because riches are acquired and wealth is possessed.

Imagine working for ourselves to develop our lands. Imagine all these millions of wealth circulating amongst us. Imagine every country contributing what they do best to our stores of wealth where everyone benefits fairly, but NO!

We want the western culture, we want to please the outsider. We get dictated to and we feel we're going in the right direction.
The Western world has always been about fighting for power by each nation. Every nation seeks power to rule the other, but in Africa, we work for each other.

We pleaded and suffered for slavery to be taken away, not knowing we were taking up a greater surbodination than we could ever imagine, Democracy.

Imagine Africa with one people and one interest.

Imagine Africa with leaders and not politicians.

Imagine Africa with wealth and not riches.

Imagine Africa with the interest of the people at heart.

Imagine Africa, oh imagine!
