AFL Fantasy Draft Preliminary Final Weekend Wrap!

Hi Everyone,

The Prelims are done and we now have our Grand Finalists for 2018!

In the first prelim another brave effort to Piston-Broke who came so close to being the first player to beat my team (dahmsy79) this season.

In a close game the Pistons finished off like a freight change but fell just short 1436 – 1456.

Losing 2 defenders with no emergency cover was the critical blow and had it not been for that, the Pistons would have been into the grand final.

My team has lost form at the wrong time of the year and will need to find something next week if I am to take the premiership.

In the other Prelim, Playing for Draft picks upset our co host Lockout (@o07) 1401 – 1302 to book her spot in the Grand Final.

In the last round when the Picks slid out of the Top 4 to 5th place, her title chances looked shot but she has regrouped beautifully to win her 3 finals and book her spot.

Her GWS representation in the Midfield has been pivotal but she will be hoping for a little more out of them next week in the big one.

So the 2018 Grand Final will be between Dahmsy79 and Playing for Draft Picks.
