Jon Moxley has reportedly asked Tony Khan for a fight with an NJPW talent at All Out 2021

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Moxley is "likely" to face an NJPW talent at September's AEW All Out.

Meltzer said Jon Moxley recently spoke with Tony Khan about working with a top NJPW talent and Meltzer believes the bout would be for AEW All Out. The show is scheduled for Sept. 5 in Chicago, but Jon Moxley's participation in the event has not been made official.
