Resting bitch face. My mind flew instantly to Uncut Gems, as that is the first instance in which I heard the phrase. Are you familiar, by chance?
I'm used to making plans and then merrily dancing off because this one is >better (I'm pretty sure J has grown to dread hearing that line XD).

It doesn't sound familiar so probably not but it's also possible I've just forgotten. I think the first time I heard it was somebody describing someone and it stuck because it was hilarious. They might have been quoting that movie for all I know XD
