I don't know that all of it can apply to everyone, all the time, however, I do find merit in the overall principle
The concept of stop being nice is all relative. Some people are nicer than others and will forever stay that way.

This is really interesting im always nice to peoplr and i feel peoplr are always mean in return im going to start being shitty to people to see a difference
