When I go too long in between jumping I become restless for it, I miss the sky, the rush of speed but most of all I miss the peace of mind, the therapy that come with flying. You don’t jump out of planes because you are whole, I love life and I am full of gratitude but skydiving fills a void in me, a void for freedom, for community and trust, and for facing the demons that have eaten at me my whole life.

But if you wait too long the demons creep back and your need to fly and free yourself becomes a necessity once again.
