RE: ADSactly Short Story - The King's Number
I like your stories, @greenrun, as I've already told you, for their content that feeds on the seemingly trivial events of everyday life, and also for the characters that star in them, usually young people. In that sense, this story gives us a good example of what an unexpected learning experience can mean, so important especially for young people.
Inevitably, in today's world we often move between suspicion and mistrust. There are many situations and individuals who embody them, including characters similar to King. We are exposed to scams and frauds. That's why Tega's attitude is to be expected. Common sense tells us that it is preferable to be cautious, although sometimes it is worth taking risks.
Thank you for your interesting story, and @adsactly for spreading it
Thank you for taking out time to read and reply. Like you mentioned, it is always better to err on the side of caution. No well-meaning person will blame Tega for not taking up the offer :)
