ADSactly Steem Witness
Do you know what is a STEEM witness? Each witness is a server that supports the blockchain. It runs the steem blockchain, doing everything that needs to be done in order for this wonderful platform to function properly.
STEEM blockchain is decentralized, meaning it doesn't have one centre of control like, for example, Facebook. Each witness has a different owner, technician and/or physical location.
What is interesting is that all changes in the steem blockchain are voted or discarded by votes from the witnesses, according to their strength. That strength is not measured by the amount of Gz or MB or anything of the sort. The strength comes from votes of each individual on the STEEM blockchain. It is something like a parliament of steem.
Each witness writes posts about their activities and submits it to their blogs so that everyone interested can see what the witness stands for. It is a good practice that has shown very beneficial results.

@adsactly We believe stech's blockchain is being witnessed. Blockchain works well with a plan. I certainly want to work at steem. But we all think that @adsactly steemit played a big role in it. When we see your post, we always upvote. You also upvote our comments. Today's @adsactly post is a completely different type of post. Such a good post we are waiting for next day
Therefore, because I do, I voted for @adsactly-witness long time ago 😆. There is no doubt in my mind about making the right decision by voting for you and I encourage everyone in steemit world to do the same.

@adsactly, Good to go through from this post and yes, Witness System should be understand by everyone because Witnesses are Backbone of the Steem Blockchain and if we don't have effective actions or ineffective work from Witnesses then it can weaken the Steem Economy at the end of the day it's Witnesses who push this Blockchain.
Steemians should understand the Voting System, means everyone have the quota of 30 Votes and they should give votes to the effective Witness in that way, these votes can improve the Ranks of Witnesses and inturn it's an Boosting aspects, and inturn we can see the more Improvements from the witnesses time to time. But still there are many who are unaware about their votes and voting system and it's responsibility of every individual to Knowledge Transfer the subject of Witness System.
And particularly i vote for those Witnesses who really engaging in the Steem Economy. And in my opinion you are Super Active in Steem Economy, appreciate work of others and also giving exposure to work of others and also appreciate your commenters, so i will vote for @adsactly-witness for sure.
When market reflects as Red many stop posting but as an Witness and as an Steemian you are posting continuously then that is an appreciable aspect. In current moment Prices are not the ultimate positive aspect but whoever watching prices and getting demotivated, it's better to see the projects in Steem Economy. Now Hardfork 20 announced and very soon it will going to launch and well awaited SMT launching dates also announced so all these aspects are motivating and telling that we have to showcase patience because future holds exciting times.
