Adrenaline (Epinephrine) is a hormone secreted by the adrenal gland with Noradrenalin, which is less in quantity.

These hormones cause the blood pressure to rise due to stress-strain, increase the number of heartbeats, accelerate metabolism, and increase the rate of glucose and fatty acids in the blood.
