The Fight

Addiction! Addiction! Go away no longer do I need ye, though of all these words I say, my actions differs as I fail, like some sort of trance, as my heart aches, its like am in love with it like a sweet cake, knowing I would soon visit the dentist for another tooth ache, foolish, I must say, go away! I exclaimed, “no longer do I need ye”. Again a knock on my door as I regret with pain, who might that be? I hesitate and she replied “it’s just a friend and I have only come to play”
So I peeped to be sure not to make the same mistakes and on her hands the things I gazed were baits, on her hands the things I saw I love and hate, on her hands the things I gazed were sex, weed and again the sweet codeine “please! not again!” I exclaimed, for it has only taken my time, money and soon to put my life at stake. With a grim smile on her face she replied “I promise it’s gonna be the last time, just come out and play” but knowing all she says are lies and fake, an attempt i must make and like a maze, quickly! I searched for an escape but thy effort was to no avail, needed support for alone thee can’t prevail, her every moves were read like playing a combat game and on thy hands she rested again, sweet weed, sex and codeine, a shame as she cried “Addiction! Addiction! Please go away, no longer do I need ye”
