Just started...have had two sessions...first one piece of cake...second she said I would feel a bit more...most pins wouldn't even notice...some she would let me know it might "pinch"...am shocked how many different areas she sticks them including multiple ones in my ear....she also did a few spots called "burning"...didn't really know what she meant...a lot of trust...my wife went for years...loved it...

Hard to say if helping...I had no one pain area...general anxiety...stomach issues...will see in time...
