Activity from yesterday.
Today was an off day. I didn't get much sleep last night so I didn't want to work out this morning. After work, I did burn some calories moving furniture around so that was pretty good. Later on in the day I did a workout on the elliptical. I ended up with over 8k steps. I'll take it.
I did good on my diet too. Well, except for I did eat a cupcake thinking it wouldn't be that bad, but it was Hella bad and took up 25% of my calories.
Anyway. I'll check in tomorrow, God willing.
