My Actifit Report Card: 2월 6 2020
요며칠 걷기운동을 못했다. 술자리를 자주하니 계획했던 모든게 무너진다. 오늘 아침엔 도저히 안되겠어서 3천보라도 걸었다. 걸으니 개운해지는것 같다.^^ 기분좋게 출근하고.점심을 먹는데 몇숟갈 뜨자마자.갑자기 배가 명치끝쪽으로 찌르는 통증이 왔다. 급체를.한모양이다. 도저히 안되겠어서 식사를 더이상 하지못했다.ㅜㅜ.소장님과.아주머니덕분에 민간요법으로 통증이 조금 나아졌다. 소화제를 마시고 간신히 업무를 마칠수 있었다. ㅜㅜ 건강이 최선인것 같다. 앞으로는.규칙적인 생활을 하도록 노력해야지.ㅜㅜ
ㅎㅎ 요새 급체하시는 분들 자주 보게 되네요. 건강이 중요하죠
