My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2018
퇴근하는데 노랗게 물든 은행잎을 보면서 아! 올해는 단풍구경을 못갔구나 싶었다. 해마다 내장산을 다녀왔었는데 조금 아쉬웠다. 이맘때쯤 나오는 단감이 얼마나 맛나던지 엄마집에 있는 단감나무 3그루중 한구르는 농약을 잘못 뿌리는 바람에 죽었고 나머지 두그루는 이번해에는 얼마열지를 못했다. 난 단감도 좋아하지만 홍씨도 좋아하는데..ㅎㅎ 참!아쉽다! 장날에 감좀 사먹어야지 생각한다 난 가을이 쓸쓸하다. 나이가 들면서인지 어느때부턴가 가을이면 우울해진다..나자신을 돌아보는 생각도 많이 하게 된다. ^^ 오늘 퇴근 하자마자 만보를 걸었다. 점차 만보 걷는게 거뜬해진다. 한달전만해도 만보 채우기가 힘들었는데..그래서 오늘은 편히 잠들어야겠다.^^
