My Actifit Report Card: April 20 2019
As usual, did our morning hike at Perahu Hill. Amazingly, we took only 30 minutes to reach the top of the hill despite how wet and slippery terrain was. Had to walk slowly and carefully to avoid unnecessary incident. Definitely do not want to hurt ourselves before our trip to climb the Mount Kinabalu. Still, we set our personal record this time. Yipee!
That reminds me that I need to buy local Adidas rubber shoes (Adidas Kampung) for this kind of situation. Here in Sabah, we believed that Adidas Kampung is the best and ideal shoes for trekking. It's easy to dry, waterproof and it gives excellent traction when walking in muddy and slippery terrains.
And earlier this evening, we went to Gaya Street Night Market. We enjoyed having street foods while watching local artists do their performances.
A well spent day indeed .
