Of Pleasures & Productivity...
It's the little things....
The invigorating feeling that permeates my being as fresh mountain air fills my lungs during my actifit adventures.. Mmm hmm. Ohhhh and the way each cool breeze as it carresses my skin reminds me how wonderfull it is to truly be alive. These simple things might seem so small, yet they mean everything, to me. Sure, it may sound strange, but I soooo love when my sweat starts beading up as I injoy getting a great workout on shoveling the snow after each storm. How sweet it is to taste the satisfaction & revel in the gratification of getting such things done and knowing that I am the one who did it....all. These are just a few of the little things that bring a smile to my face and the happiness within my heart to the surface.
About My Actifitivity Today:
This afternoon I took a walk downtown to get a few things for the house. While I was out I stopped by to see a friend for a few. Other than that, just my usual daily actifitivities.
