My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2020

I just noticed that I had 10,000 steps yesterday.

I didn't even bother to do a report because I didn't think I was even close, I guess I need to check every day just to make sure.

I didn't have much of a change in routine, but I did manage to get some jogging in.

I couldn't do anything outside this evening because the weather is too nasty, we have a cold front coming through with high winds.

Believe it or not I think the low for tomorrow will be 45 degrees, it don't get much colder than that here.


I hope you all had a great day and reached all of your goals, it's never too late to start exercising!
