规 律 跑 步，膝盖 开始 痛了，我 觉得 在 健身房 的 话还是 不上 跑 步 机了，健 身房 就练练 器 械，跑步 就在医 院旁 边跑跑日 常 坚持好 了。生大病 这种 事情 对我 来 说好 像几 乎没机会。
