Leg up February 18 2020
Did legs and only legs today, which again I am not too fond of only doing one thing but so be it.
I tried the more vertical leg press again and almost died. It was so close that I could not push the final rep.
Then I did some light squats but was quite tired and did not realize how much the bar would hurt since my shoulders have been stiff and sore all day. In a good kinda I have never trained that muscle way.
Trying to figure out who stole my calves though because I am pretty sure they actually looked like something before but now it like these weirdos with no curve at all. The really strange part is I lifted way more but still I want my curves back.
