Back to back : February 17 2020
Tried sticking to only doing one section today. So that ended up being my back... I think.
I mostly did things I saw were for my back and trying to alternate between pushing and pull because pulling just tires my forearms.
I did skip some of the bigger things like mmm i think it is called back squat or press some shit and I avoided the deadlift again.
Got home did some bicycle crunches and called it a day.
Tommorrow is probably legs again cause they feel rested and anyhow I can throw some chest in with that I guess this whole only doing one part is sucky.
