Did squats for the first time today. The cool ones with the barbell. I don't really like it because unlike a machine I can do it very very wrong.
Not sure if I started low cause I have no baseline, but I started with 30kg and hopefully once I get better form then I can do more.
Did leg press also more vertical than the other machine and that only at 50kg then I did the mmm don't know what it is incline chest push thing or whatever at 30kg with the bench press finally at a nice 40kg
So inching closer to lifting my own body weight, odd thing is only my calves those I do at almost double which is now at 80kg.
