Sorry to hear you've been ill,
If yer doing a bit of housework which I guess the broom implies then 5K steps comes quite quickly.
It's also not a bad calorie burn.
Glad your're getting better.
The trick to coming back to working out after illness is just to have a '20 mins' attitude - ie as long as you do something it's fine and then build from there!
