My Actifit Report Card: December 15 2018

I haven’t been able to get in the gym for a while, life has been getting so crazy. So much to do so little time. I’m hoping to start training again this week, as things are starting to die down now that I have sorted most stuff out.

Today I did a lot of running around, some house work and lots of walking while I was out shopping.
