What are and where do I see the activity points account balance?
If you open the app on your phone, it will give you all the information.
This is how it will look like when it opens (at least on my phone)
The number circled in red will show you your activity for the day. If you have more than 5000, post to Steem and you will get an upvote. The counter resets at midnight every day. If you don't post, no rewards...
If you have an Android phone, you want to make sure to set the app to aggressive or something like that.
On an iPhone, you set it that it doesn't go to sleep. Otherwise, the phone might shut them off and no counting being done.
If you click on View tracking history (green marking) you will see your last days activitiy
If you click on your wallet, it shows you how many tokens you have. You earn tokens by posting your report, by voting on other Actifit reports (maybe for comments too, I forgot) and/or if you delegate. but you are new here so that is not something you can do yet (unless you bought a bunch of steem :)
