My goals for #actifit are to be a regular user. The social aspect behind actifit is great. It seems to give that motivation when I'm lacking at times.
I figure if I am a daily user, then I will be on my way to meeting my fitness goals.
For example, I found that knocking out 500 calf raises in a day will add 500 steps. Now I do calf raises when I brush my teeth, get dressed, cook dinner, etc.
I am aiming at hitting at least 10,000 steps each day in 2019. Staying active and improving my overall health. Best of luck on your goals!
