Here is a nice morning. I'm today walk everyone hello this morning I got up at 9:00 and made a nice walk for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I deeply breathed and felt that I was opened and full of energy. Though the last half hour was a little troubled because the sun was on the way I should get up early tomorrow morning. Although I wear sunglasses, it still affects people. But he can even make me a headache.
