Lol you will a Steem engine for each of your accounts . I would imagine you have millions of tokens ! You get them when people upvote you but some I sent. On your own Steem Engine you earn them from upvotes , it depends what people have staked. @balthus sent 5000 sports via me and blanchy.sports told me he was also sending some .

When I earned the sports tokens , I sold them for Steem and sent you the proceeds .

It's not difficult to work out Steem engine and all the tribes as they are linked to different tags but if you need help, let me know :-)
