My Actifit Report Card: May 24 2019
After my big day yesterday, I thought it wise to have a rest day so these 4k steps have simply come from 'life' and a couple of strolls to the shop where I would normally have ridden the scooter!
Tomorrow, I will go the park and have decided to show the Runtàstic results to keep a track of progress in my goal of doing 10km non-stop.
I found a couch to 10km schedule on a site called www.runningtips.com and it seems I'm doing the right things with my mix walking and running and especially starting and ending with a brisk walking pace to warm up and warm down. They only recommend 3 days a week but I will do at least something 5 days a week.
Let's see how it goes, problem is, I have it my head I want to do 10km in one hour. Not sure how achievable this is @steevc @revisesociology
