My Actifit Report Card: January 4 2019
It's with joy and love I'm writing this.
I woke up with a severe pain in my kneecap, couldn't move my legs very well without holding onto a support. I wondered what was happening to me , was I losing my legs?
Then I decided to do some few home exercise, a little squat, jogging, running and jumping skipping ropes. Felt better after a while and after some few minutes, I could move my legs better than ever.
Looks like I would be doing more of that everyday
