My Actifit Report Card: September 14 2018
Eighth straight day of walking 10k steps and I'm now in a rhythm - not quite a comfort zone, but the [approx 6 mile] walk is no problem.
At some point I'll be switching-up to a mix of running and walking, but need to do something about my diet first. Not go on one, just start eating more healthy stuff.
