The people who are on the leaderboard get mentioned in our daily announcement post and they will receive 100 AFIT tokens and also also a upvote(But not full 100% upvote). Upvote value depends on number of delegations we are raising and also number of actifit reports that are published on that particular day with proof of activity.

And delegation rewards: Delegators share maximum daily reward of 100k AFIT tokens . As of now we are at 135k SP. So delegators will no more receive tokens in the ratio of 1:1( 1:1 ratio is only till we raise 100k sp...But we already sitting at 135k SP). So as of now suppose if some one is delegating 100 SP, then he will receive 100×100000/133000= 74.07 tokens per day. And you are correct regarding other steem rewards. All our delegators will we rewarded some beneficiary rewards from the payouts of @actifit.
