Great day was fun walking around my work today. Then got home took the wife and kids out to Sutterstreet Steak House for a Valentine dinner. Way over my cals for the day. But still bust 10k steps. Happy. Body looking and feeling great. Bed time now. Wake up is 9am for a 10am 3 mile walk/run with wife and kids. See you then
