Thank you for making a comment for my last post.
So I came to 'check you out' and I must say I like the candid, easy way you write.
I live in South Africa and Roobos tea is veru popular for those of us who do not mix well with caffeine.
I steep a teabag in a BIG mug of boiling water while I unpack the diswasher. Then it is a rich red colour and I squirt 3 big squeezes of lemon into it and a dash of honey. It is SO good......even if by some chance it gets cold.
I hope to follow you and learn more about Korea.

I love roobos tea too, it has a refreshing effect too.
For sure you can join actifit. Join download the app to your phone. And check that you have it on your notifications window, so it will mean that app tracks your activity.
I started to use it about a week ago, and I really like it. It motivates to do more sport, and also you can easily get some extra steems 😁
