RE: My Actifit Report Card: May 29 2019
I wouldn't have that much beautiful and interesting artwork to see, if I walked to my office - actually, I only know a few house walls and a train bridge with ugly graffiti, but no artworks, like you photographed. Especially this embroidery (?) on the fence is a kind of artwork, I have never seen before.
Great shots, and have a nice day JJ :)
Well NYC is a little different from even the city I live in, and this was quite a detour walking from 15th Street
The embroidery art was quite unique first time I have seen it myself
You to have a nice day
I wish you a nice day too :)
Will do my best, going to be a quite day light drizzle all day you know that annoying sort of state where it snot really raining but not real dry
Yes, I do know that - this is, what I had today, when I was driving around to the west in search for the sun. I didn't find the sun herself, but I have seen some blue holes in the clouds, and there were also some mountain peaks, which were illuminated by the sun.
I think, the gray days will soon be over ... at least for a few days :)
The sun actually made a brief appearance today which I wasn’t expecting orI would have brought in my macro lens to get someshots of the flowers, and it was cool I did, down in the garden area, which I went to get some shots anyway, was a hawk sitting on one of the street Lams and as it happened the lens I had on the camera the 24-240 was just what I needed to get shots of it, first time I have seen one here
You are lucky, my friend - I see such big birds sometimes, but I have never managed to get close enough to photograph one.
Right before I went for my first walk since last weekend. It was still wet, and a bit rainy, but it felt really good.
I was indeed lucky so in contrast where I normally only ever see birds in the distance
I told a friend about it as soon as I got back to my desk and he went down to see and it was gone already so I was very lucky
Glad you got out fir a walk and may this weekend give you plenty of nice weather for getting it and about with your camera
Oh, I see the bird and think, what a nice bird. When the bird is gone, I think about the camera in my hand ;) This happens usually with the smaller birds.
Mostly I see such big predator birds beside the road or sitting on power lines. They don't mind cars driving by, but when someone stops they fly away.
I think, I should act more like a hunter, but as I said before: I am not patient enough to sit and wait for hours ;)
You were so lucky today - let's hope, the photos are sharp enough :)
