My Actifit Report Card: January 6 2019
Today was horizontal pull/push day.
-Scapula activation hanging from pullup bar 3sets
-Cable Standing pullovers narrow grip 3sets
-Standing Rope Face Pulls 3sets
-Close grip row superset w/hammer chest press machine 3x8-12
-Incline Chest Press superset w/machine one handed rows 3x8-12
-Standing Cable Row 3sets
-Seated tricep pressdowns w/ seated bicep curl.
I believe you get more out of it when you combine/synchronize these movements togethers such as pull/push. There is time for everything but most of my training does involve some “opposite muscle work”
