I Am Changing My Eating Habits!

Howdy! :)
We are already 2 weeks in the new year and I think most of us already forgot about our new year’s resolutions :) well, not me :)
I still have them in my mind and I am chugging along bit by bit!
One of my main goals this decade is to improve my health.
Setting the goals for this year I decided to not make a mistake and make plans to achieve everything at once. Instead I decided to set small achievable goals and add something on top of that only when I make the first ones a habit.
My 1st step in the Health section was 10.000 steps a day. I’ve done that successfully for the past 15 days and I think I already made this goal a habit, so from today I will add a 2nd goal:
Finish my last meal before 9 pm and have a first bite past 9 am. I want structure in my life. And actually I am eating this way for the past few months. Tho once in a while I slip off :) but not from now on :) I also eat the same things for my breakfast and dinner almost every day :) can you guess what that is? :D
