I am skeptical about anything reported in mainstream media. If they are all ringing the same bell, I think the opposite is more likely true :)

Yeah, I completely agree with you: more and more all the bells ring together, the more we need to sharpen our senses, right ?
I'm doing really well, relaxing from my yesterday's barefoot running.

Oh wow! I cannot ever do barefoot walking with my arthritis. The bones of my feet are very deformed and painful now. If I do not have cushioned shoes, I cannot walk at all. So you can do the running for me!
A little at a time, you too can do it.
By practicing the barefoot I have stretched (actually straightened and reinforced) my toes! Superb, isn't it?
