Così, dopo una breve ricerca su internet, abbiamo prenotato in un ristorante viterbese dal nome Taverna Etrusca.
Buooonooo! Ho ordinato dei bocconcini di pollo in crema di nocciola che erano divini. Non vi dico, poi, delle patate... semplicemente sublimi.
Mi metterò presto alla ricerca della ricetta!!! 😀
