Rise and Grind. Rent was due. A little shoulders and back today.
Giant set: 3 sets 10-15 reps
Front raise
Side lateral
Rear raise
Military press 4 x 10-15 reps
Pull ups/ face pull 3x10 reps
Isolation leverage row squeeze 4x15
High leverage row Squeeze 4x15
T-bar row 4x10
Rest in between sets 30-45 sec.
Maybe do a second session doing some cardio but we will see how the day progresses
