Well if you're wanting to be in the states I'm in San Diego and the weather feels the same all year long except summer when it is pretty warm.
Ahh, right! Well, i certainly wouldn't cross it off the list and got as far as Carlsbad when I last visited that side of the world. Lots of people love the seasons, I'd be happy with temperature all year and visiting a season of choice on holiday :)
