++ 19000 Schritte ++ von der Flut gestoppt ++

Hallo Freunde,

Gestern bin ich wieder alleine los, was ja Vor- und Nachteile hat.
Nachteilig ist, dass ich keine Unterhaltung habe und nichts erfahre, von Vorteil ist aber, dass ich die Wegstrecke bis zum Strand in 35 Min. statt in 90 Minuten zurückgelegt habe. Und weil ich so schnell und auch so leichtfüßig unterwegs war, beschloss ich am Strand bis zur Tauchbasis zu gehen und auf der Hauptstraße zurück.

Aber dabei habe ich vergessen, nach den Gezeiten zu schauen. Wir hatten gerade Flut, kurz vor dem Scheitelpunkt und an diesem Fels war kein Vorbeikommen ohne zu schwimmen. Selbst das kleine Rinnsal, welches wir vor ein paar Tagen durchwateten, ist zur Minibucht angewachsen. Klar hätte ich auch da durch gekonnt, aber mit nassen Klamotten und noch 8 Kilometer vor mir, das war mir heute zu unbequem.
Morgen ist auch noch ein Tag, oder?

Hello friends,

Yesterday I went again alone, which has its advantages and disadvantages.
Disadvantage is that I have no entertainment and learn nothing, but advantage is that I have covered the distance to the beach in 35 min instead of 90 minutes. And because I was so fast and also so light on my feet, I decided to walk on the beach to the dive center and back on the main road.

But in doing so, I forgot to check the tides. We had just high tide, just before the peak and at this rock was no passing without swimming. Even the small rivulet we waded through a few days ago had grown into a mini-bay. Sure I could have gone through there, but with wet clothes and still 8 kilometers ahead of me, that was too uncomfortable for me today.
Tomorrow is also another day, right?
