A lot of walking today.. a walk to the pharmacy.. then grocery shopping.. then I walked half way home because the van was full..
Played some frisbee but didn't have my phone on me so those steps didn't count..

A sad substitute for disc golf..
I understand where you're coming from, but some of my favorite times especially back in college were burning one down with my friends, sipping on some brews and just living in the moment tossing around the frisbee
I love throwing the frisbee.. ...but I really miss disc golfing
Disc golfing is a lot of fun! I hope you can get back into it again soon
