Jogging Tips for Beginners - Train in Intervals
I still remember when growing up - walking long distances was very hard for me to do. I easily got tired and gave up along the way. Although I know I had an issue with my legs while growing, I don't think it should be attributed to that.
However, after going the same route, one or twice, I became accustomed to it and found it easier to walk through.
When jogging as a beginner, it's usually hard to train continuously without getting tired. This is especially true for jogging that has you exerting both speed, and agility, while leaving you gasping for breath as you covered more distances.
However, to be able to achieve a lot more, it is important that you learn how to train or jog in intervals as a beginner. Trying to go all out isn't the best as you end up getting tired and losing your motivation along the way.
Jogging in intervals may see you jog for 5 or 10 minutes and after that, take a one minute or 50 seconds rest to allow your body refresh for another round.
This method is quite effective as in the end, you're built to be a better version of you. Also, you learn how to endure better and last longer on the field without easily getting worn out.
