@lightsplasher, Exactly what concern you have happened in my case and that is, from last three years birds visit to our garden and create their Nest but this time that nest destroyed by the cat twice in a row and i saw how birds were behaving after the destruction of Nest, it was too emotional.

Yes, it can be very emotional to witness such things. I believe the birdhouse is much safer now and the birds have been busy making the nest after I moved it. I might put a cone on the pole to prevent cats from climbing it but I doubt it will be needed in the location it is at now. (Dog-oh patrols the yard pretty regularly)
Dogs are blessings and they understand the emotions to greatest levels and in my opinion sometimes understanding of Human Beings will be failed before theirs.
