My Actifit Report Card: January 24 2020
Yesterday I had a very busy day. In the afternoon there was a lot of work, movement around the office, a walk for lunch. In the evening I went to a volleyball training session. I look forward to Friday evening for these workouts. I played volleyball well, and after training I walked to the store. In the evening, at home, I did household chores. Thus, in a day I went through almost 14,000 steps.
As usual, I will add a photo to the report.
