RE: TIME PROTOCOLS & CREATING FREEDOM WITH SPACE [Nov.04.2019]🅰️🏅

@wil.metcalfe - Wow, so I had to stop by and see what you were up since you dropped by and said hello. I'm glad I did, great advice on time management. You'd think when you retire that time management wouldn't be as important. Wrong. I find the days slipping by in a blur, going faster and faster, and things I want to get done often slip away as well. I'm going to try that hourly time block for a few days and see how that can work for me. Thanks for the tips.

Hi Tammy! 😁

I’m so glad you did stop by! 😁

Your right! Although retirement (from the us postal service right?) Does grant massive allotments of time back re-learning how to manage that time after a career must be tricky!

I think it’s all about taking the time to know yourself and shifting your values around what (meaningful) work means to you... Taking a hard look at what you want to spend more time doing and what you want to spend less time doing! It’s about saying, “Heck Yes.” and “Heck No.” 😂

Retirement gives you your flexibility back but you are absolutely right in that you will still need to keep on top of things! Managing your time by setting priorities is pretty important! Time spent in an unmindful state has a way of simply vanishing into thin air. A meaningful life full of meaningful life events always starts with being mindful of your time and designing your ideal day! I call it BE NOW. 🙂

Good luck implementing the Time Block method Tammy! Let me know how it goes! I’m always interested supporting healthy change and learning more about how time works and how it can be used in different ways to create better and more healthy lifestyles. 😁
