My Actifit Report Card: August 19 2018

Today I have daily work. Daily work purpose I have passed more way. I have increased my step with daily work. Afternoon I go to lake park for walking. Maximum 8 kilometres way have passed by walking. 4 round l have completed. I have loosed heavy energy. I try to be a slim always. Walking is best way for this. Would you want healthy life? Ans: Everyday disciplinary walking two time.
