Although we can not predict the weakness of the bones, but now you know what is the reason behind the weakness of the bones and the good thing is that you have to work hard to keep your bones strong Do not need it, just keep your diet healthy and balance the amount of calcium in it, keep taking vitamin-D and by doing a little bit of your daily life. Make it right, active. Doing this will not only strengthen your bones but will also benefit your whole health. Just be active now, so that your bones are always weak and always stay active.
