On the Road again with Cycling

Finally I had the energy to do more outside than just taking a walk. Nothing against walks, but my legs wanted to be challenged more today.
So today I did a 34 km bike tour in my neighbourhood, which also took me over the above bridge. Below the bridge runs the "Mittlere Isarkanal", which takes its way north.
I am very happy that I am well again and that I will be able to do some runs in the coming week. I really missed that.
Endlich hatte ich wieder die Kraft draußen mehr zu tun als nur einen Spaziergang zu machen. Nichts gegen Spaziergänge, aber meine Beine wollten heute unbedingt mehr gefordert werden.
So unternahm ich heute eine 34 km Radtour in meiner Nachbarschaft, der mich auch über die obige Brücke führte. Unter ihr verläuft der "Mittlere Isarkanal", der seinen Weg nach Norden nimmt.
Ich bin sehr froh, dass es mir wieder gut geht und ich auch in der kommenden Woche einige Läufe machen kann. Das hat mir echt gefehlt.
